I’m Corey Stevens. Before I became a buyer’s agent, I spent over 38 years designing homes, managing builds, and solving real-world problems for real people. From tight suburban blocks to tricky multi-level designs, I’ve worked hands-on with homeowners, trades, and builders to create spaces that truly work.

That experience gives me a different lens. When I walk through a home, I’m not just looking at the paint and pitch, I’m seeing structure, layout, light, flow, and potential. I see what’s possible, and I see what’s hiding.
